Andrew Gilbert wrote a profile about me and my work with musicians. In it he says wonderful things about my photography and shines some light on the creative and personal core of what I do. My clients, Scott Amendola and Sarah Wilson, chimed in as well. I am deeply honored and humbled.

Years ago I was shooting stills for a documentary about musicians. That project was never finished but I got some great material out of it. Jazz Times picked up some stock for a story. Steve Turre is a gifted music maker – on both the trombone and conch shells.
